Use Of The Service
Users may use estimates as directional planning ranges and should verify local bids before signing any contract. CostArchitect does not provide licensed contractor advice, roof inspections, engineering opinions, insurance determinations, permit approvals, or emergency services. You must not use the calculator for any fraudulent bidding or misrepresentation activity.
Contact Requests
Users may submit ZIP code, contact details, request type, project notes, and calculator context for support or estimate interpretation. Submitting these details does not guarantee contractor response, contractor availability, final pricing, or a local quote.
Prohibited Uses
You may not use the service to misrepresent property condition, submit false contact information, scrape the site at abusive volume, reverse engineer protected systems, or present planning estimates as guaranteed contractor bids.
Availability
The site may update calculators, formulas, and supported regions. Feature availability and regional coverage can change without prior notice.
Liability
Estimates are planning references, not fixed quotes. You are responsible for independent contractor vetting, safety decisions, permits, contracts, inspections, warranty review, and final budget confirmation.
